What is Kangoo Jumps® ?

Kangoo Jumps® Boots are safe rebound sports shoes that improve health and well-being. Kangoo Jumps® Boots have been developed for people of all ages, body types and fitness levels. The benefits of this unique sport are that it is easy on the joints when jumping and improves stamina, coordination and posture. Kangoo Jumps® therefore offer an innovative way to keep fit while enjoying exercise.

The Kangoo Jumps® create a rebound effect, your joints are spared and you burn about 20% more calories. It is suitable for everyone and allows you to exercise in an easy and fun way.

Kangoo Power™️

– an energetic and holistic interval training program consisting of easy-to-follow movements. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity, as you progress. Because of its intense use of propulsion technique, known as Plyometrics exercise, classes are very intense, energetic, and motivational. Kangoo Power™️ is specifically designed to challenge the whole body, building muscular strength and endurance, and can be adapted to all fitness levels.

Kangoo Dance™️

– a low impact, energetic, fun and motivating program with dance elements for all ages and fitness levels. You will learn choreography and all the moves will be taught through many repetitions. Kangoo Dance will put a spring in your step with your favourite music!

Kangoo Bootcamp™️

– a rugged, slightly “militaristic” program, but is a lot of fun in a group setting, even outdoors. Here works the whole body from head to toe, increasing strength and fitness and helping to burn fat without the need for coordination that aerobics or dance classes involve. Easy to follow, highly motivational program suitable for all ages and fitness levels, can be performed both – indoors and outdoors.

Kangoo Kick & Punsh™️

– a fitness program with elements of martial arts. It is a non-contact, non-aggressive program, and a great stress reliever. The program includes kicks and punches from various types of self-defense, boxing and karate. This type of training defies the body at all levels and allows a significant and rapid improvement in your cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance. Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes reduce stress on the lower extremities and joints and protects against injury. Participating in this program is a great way to turn stress into positive energy.

As an experienced Kangoo Jumps® trainer/mentor, I am passionate about training people, inspiring them to get active worldwide and enjoy working out. I offer both personal and group training sessions in Nuremberg and online and adapt my programs to the individual needs and fitness level of the participants. With two children, I know the challenges of finding time for training and emphasize the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle in everyday family life. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, together we will work to provide you with a fun and challenging fitness experience that will keep you motivated and in top shape all year round.
