Jeden Sonntag um 18:00 Uhr erwartet dich eine energiegeladene Kangoo Jumps Probestunde, die dich sofort mitreißt. Auch wenn sich das Springen anfangs ungewohnt anfühlt – keine Sorge: Kangoo Jumps ist für jedes Fitnesslevel und jedes Alter geeignet. Du brauchst keine Vorerfahrung, nur Lust auf Bewegung!
Mit mitreißender Musik, dynamischen Moves und einer motivierenden Gruppenenergie fühlt sich das Training wie eine Fitness Party an. Du verbrennst dabei extrem viele Kalorien, stärkst deinen ganzen Körper und schonst gleichzeitig deine Gelenke.
Kangoo Jumps zählt zu den effektivsten Workouts – perfekt, um schnell sichtbar fitter zu werden und dabei richtig Spaß zu haben.
Das solltest du mitbringen:
